Win an iPod Contest!1/23/2010 to 3/31/2010 Play Berserker for a chance to win an iPod of your choice! To participate in this contest you must have a valid full version of the Berserker iPhone/iPod Touch game and you must register with us before you begin competing. The winner of this challenge will receive an iPod of their choice from the following options:
- 4GB Shuffle
- 160GB Classic
- 16GB Nano
OR - 32GB Touch
This contest will be held from from 1/23/2010 to 3/31/2010. To qualify to win, you must beat the current global high score of endurance mode: 45,277,200. The winner will be the the qualifying player with the highest posted online score at the end of the contest. We can only accept entries that are posted to the online learder board. Note that if no one can beat the score 45,277,200 in the allotted time, then no one will win. To register for the contest, you must first send an email to winanipod@onesouthdesign.com with the subject "Berserker Contest" and include in the email the name you will be using to post your score to the online learder board. Note: viable leaderboard names must be 12 characters or less in length and cannot contain anything obscene. Username will need to be unique for all contestants. After we receive your email with a unique user name, we will send you a confirmation email. Registration is limited to one per person. One South Design also reserves the right to deny contest entry. Entry implies that the contestant agrees to all rules and regulations of the contest. If you do not register the name you will be using ahead of time you will not be eligible to win! If there is a winner at the end of the contest, we will contact them with the information provided. Shipping logistics will be discussed privately with the winner, and we will not ship the prize outside of the continental United States. One South Design also reserves the right to limit the number of contestants at any time, so register now before registration fills up! The rules of this promotion are subject to change based on legal necessity and the availability of the prize options.
